This course is a certificate programme. Candidates will receive a St. Anthony’s Certificate on successful completion of the course.


Aim

To install, test and maintain functioning basic electrical circuits. Ability to test, using fault – finding techniques to diagnose and repair basic electrical circuits.


Employment Opportunities

You will be marketable as learner electricians, apprentices or assistant electricians


Course content:

The course content is 80% practical training and 20% theory.

Safety/hand tools/measuring tools

Introduction to electrical components and theory

Conduit pvc/galvinised/norse cable installation

Identification of motors/motor testing
